Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer within Global Technology Partners to translate complex platform capabilities into compelling business value, rapidly building demos and vision prototypes using AI-assisted tools to accelerate partner success.

You will collaborate with Partner Account Managers, Product and Engineering to qualify opportunities, design tailored demonstrations, and produce technical content that highlights platform benefits, cost efficiency, and speed to market for ISV

Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of experience in pre‑sales, solution engineering, technical architecture, consulting, or a closely related customer‑facing technical function.
• Solid understanding of cloud‑native architectures, SaaS/PaaS platforms, API‑first development, and MCP.
• Ability to translate complex technical features into clear business benefits and deliver persuasive product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and evangelize the platform's value proposition to ISV partners.
• Develop and deliver customized demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept scenarios.
• Use AI-assisted tools to build scalable demos and vision prototypes.
• Create technical pitch videos, solution briefs, and architectural diagrams.
• Collaborate with ISV partners to define scope, roadmap and opportunities.
• Qualify sales opportunities with PAMs and align requirements with platform capabilities.
• Proactively explore emerging technologies and evolving market trends.
