Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, technical architecture, consulting, or a closely related customer-facing technical function.
• Platform & Technical Acumen: solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS/PaaS, API-first development, and MCP; capable of building demos/proofs of concept.
• Value-Based Selling & Storytelling: translate complex tech features into clear business benefits and persuasive narratives.
• Discovery & Solution Scoping: excellent listening and questioning to uncover partner needs and scope.
• AI-First Builder Mindset: shipping tools/automation/agents using AI or low-code platforms (Cursor, Claude, etc.).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams to align on partner solutions.
• Problem-Solving & Adaptability: curious, able to troubleshoot during demos and engagements.
• Communication: strong verbal and written skills for technical content and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and evangelize the platform's value to ISV partners and craft compelling narratives.
• Develop highly customized demos and POCs addressing partner goals and product needs.
• Use AI-assisted tools to build 0-1 prototypes turning discovery into tangible concepts.
• Create technical sales collateral, video pitches, and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with PAMs, Product, and Engineering to scope opportunities and define roadmaps.
• Qualify sales opportunities and ensure alignment between partner needs and platform capabilities.
• Stay curious about emerging tech and platform features to identify new applications.
