Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a seasoned Contact Center Partner Solutions Consultant to lead partner technical enablement and co-sell support, with deep expertise in Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS.

You will architect scalable solutions, mentor partners, and guide technical strategy within the CoE framework. You will collaborate with partners, sales, and engineering to ensure successful onboarding, deployment, and ongoing success across Zendesk Contact Center solutions, leveraging AI/automation to stay

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration - or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture, with at least 5 years on contact center technologies including Amazon Connect and Zendesk, with partner-facing or enablement experience preferred.
• Proficient designing solutions using Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS services (Lambda, Lex, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway).
• Experience delivering technical training and enablement to partners or customers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for multi-stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner onboarding and enablement: drive technical onboarding for partners to resell and implement Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
• Co-sell technical support: provide expert guidance during joint sales engagements and resolve complex deployment challenges.
• Architect and optimize contact center solutions using Amazon Connect, AWS, and Zendesk.
• Lead technical strategy and partner roadmap aligned with evolving business goals.
• Mentor partners, presales, and internal teams on best practices in design and deployment.
• Drive innovation with AI, ML, and automation trends in contact centers.
