Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Partner Platform Architect to drive integration of Zendesk Contact Center with Amazon Connect and AWS. You will lead partner onboarding, enablement, and co-selling to ensure successful deployments across our partner ecosystem.

Strategic architectural leadership, mentorship of presales teams, and delivery of scalable, secure solutions are core. This role is fully flexible for remote US-based work, with possible travel for key engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years solution architecture experience with contact center tech.
• 5+ years partner-facing or enablement experience preferred.
• Proficient in Zendesk, Amazon Connect and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable partners to implement Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
• Provide co-sell technical guidance and solve complex deployments.
• Architect scalable, secure contact center solutions leveraging AWS and Zendesk.
• Lead technical strategy and partner roadmaps within the CoE framework.
