Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contact Center Partner Solutions Consultant to lead partner enablement and co-sell efforts for Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS-based solutions. You will architect scalable contact center deployments and provide technical leadership across partner engagements.

You will drive onboarding, enablement programs, and collaborations with sales, engineering, and partners, while staying ahead of AI, ML, and automation trends in CX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture.
• 5+ years focused on contact center technologies including Amazon Connect and Zendesk.
• Experience enabling partners or customers.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner onboarding and enablement for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
• Provide co-sell technical support and guidance.
• Architect scalable contact center solutions leveraging AWS and Zendesk.
• Define technical strategy and partner roadmap.
• Mentor partners, presales teams, and internal engineers.
• Drive adoption of AI/automation trends in contact centers.
• Support pre- and post-sales activities with partners.
