Job summary

You will architect scalable contact center solutions, lead partner roadmaps, provide technical leadership, and coach presales teams to deliver demonstrations, PoCs, and deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture, with 5+ years focused on contact center tech.
• Experience with Zendesk, Amazon Connect, AWS and partner enablement.
• Ability to deliver technical training and enablement to partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner onboarding and enablement for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
• Provide co-sell technical support and guidance during engagements.
• Architect and optimize contact center solutions leveraging Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS.
• Define technical strategy and partner roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Mentor partners, presales teams, and internal stakeholders on best practices.
