Job summary
Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contact Center Partner Solutions Consultant to drive technical enablement and co-selling success for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
The role emphasizes partner onboarding, solution architectures, and hands-on guidance with Amazon Connect and AWS. The ideal candidate will lead technical strategy, mentor teams, and stay ahead of AI/automation trends in contact centers, while collaborating with partners and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in solution architecture with 5+ years in contact center technologies and partner-facing enablement.
- Experience leading technical engagements with multiple stakeholders including partners, internal teams and vendors.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences and provide formal enablement training.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical onboarding and enablement for partners to accelerate time to market for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
- Lead co-sell technical support and collaborate with partners on solution design and deployment.
- Architect scalable contact center solutions leveraging Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS services.
- Set technical strategy and partner roadmap aligned to business goals and evolving needs.
- Provide mentorship to partners, presales, and internal teams on best practices in solution design.
