Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. seeks a seasoned Contact Center Partner Solutions Consultant to drive partner onboarding, technical enablement, and co-selling success. You will lead technical strategy, provide hands-on guidance, and architect scalable Zendesk/Amazon Connect solutions with AWS integration for partner deployments.

You will mentor partners, presales teams, and internal stakeholders, while staying ahead of AI, ML, and automation trends in contact centers to continuously improve partner capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years in solution architecture with contact center tech
Experience with partner-facing enablement or customer enablement preferred
Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Own technical onboarding and enablement for partners within the CoE framework
Lead co-sell engagements, providing expert technical guidance
Architect scalable contact center solutions leveraging Zendesk and AWS
Define technical strategy and partner roadmap
Mentor partners, presales, and internal teams on best practices
