Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Contact Center Partner Solutions Consultant to lead partner onboarding, enablement, and co-selling support for Zendesk Contact Center solutions.

You will shape technical enablement strategies, provide hands-on leadership, and guide partner deployments across Zendesk, Amazon Connect, and AWS platforms. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years in solution architecture with at least 5 years in contact center technologies including Amazon Connect and Zendesk.
• Proficient designing solutions using Zendesk, Amazon Connect, AWS services (Lambda, Lex, IAM, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway).
• Enablement skills: deliver technical training and enablement to partners or customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical onboarding and enablement process for partners to resell and implement Zendesk Contact Center solutions.
• Collaborate with partners during co-sell engagements, providing expert technical guidance.
• Design scalable architectures leveraging Amazon Connect, AWS, and Zendesk to support partner deployments.
• Define technical enablement strategies aligned with partner needs and business goals.
• Coach partners and internal teams on best practices in solution design and deployment.
• Stay updated on AI, ML, and automation trends in contact centers to improve partner capabilities.
• Support technical discovery, solution design, demos, PoCs, and ongoing partner support.
