Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Sr Partner Solution Engineer to accelerate partner success and drive revenue growth in enterprise-scale AI agent solutions. You will engage with our partner ecosystem to enable, demo, and design solutions, and to drive integration with key technology partners.

You will translate platform capabilities into business value, build long-term relationships, and guide partners through the pre-sales journey to successful deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales roles in SaaS/AI/enterprise software.
• Strong ability to lead discovery, design, and validation (POCs, demos, architecture).
• Balance hands-on depth with story-telling and business value articulation.
• Experience in enterprise sales environments aligning tech with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners to position, demo, and implement Parloa’s platform across use cases.
• Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into AI agent solutions.
• Support POCs, demos, and technical validations to drive deal progression.
• Design solution architectures using Parloa’s platform, sandbox, and APIs.
• Build partner capabilities to independently drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to support partner-led and co-sell motions.
• Shape design to align feasibility with customer goals.
• Communicate complex tech concepts across audiences.
• Drive technical win conditions through the deal lifecycle.
• Develop relationships with strategic and emerging partners.
• Identify expansion opportunities across use cases and regions.
• Bridge between partners and internal teams.
• Develop scalable enablement assets and best practices.
• Capture feedback to inform product insights.
• Identify trends and inform roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine messaging and approach.
• Contribute to scaling partner ecosystem as a growth channel.
