Job summary

Parloa is seeking a Lead AI Agent Architect to drive design and deployment of AI agent solutions for enterprise customers. You will own end-to-end workflows, ensure reliable performance, and collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to deliver scalable AI experiences.

You will work at the intersection of LLMs, conversation design, and enterprise systems, translating requirements into production-ready AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a customer-facing, technical role (conversational AI/AI-enabled apps).
• Hands-on experience in conversation design and AI agent development.
• Comfort with LLMs, prompting techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can break complex workflows.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong project and stakeholder management; execution-driven.
• Attention to detail in designing conversational flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI agent solutions; translate requirements into scalable workflows.
• Develop and refine LLM-driven agent behavior through prompts and structured workflows.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable performance with guardrails and testing.
• Break down complex processes into model-friendly interactions and optimize flows.
• Design end-to-end solutions by integrating AI agents with APIs and CRM systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across workflows and integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to ensure delivery and scalability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and scale AI solutions across use cases.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into structured solutions and challenge unrealistic requirements.
• Document best practices and build scalable enablement assets.
