Job summary

Parloa is looking for a Sr Partner Solution Engineer in Chicago, Illinois. This role focuses on accelerating partner success and driving revenue growth by engaging with a variety of partners. You will translate Parloa's platform capabilities into clear business value and foster long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Solutions Engineering, especially in SaaS and AI environments, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Compensation consists of a base salary of $180,000 - $200,000, plus performance-based components and equity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar role, ideally in SaaS, AI, or CCaaS.
• Strong technical foundation for leading discovery and technical validation.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners to successfully position and implement Parloa’s platform.
• Lead technical discovery to design scalable AI solutions.
• Build strong relationships with strategic partners.
