Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to join the Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will enable and empower partners to implement Chainguard solutions, building secure software for customers and driving scalable success with the partner ecosystem.

You will lead technical enablement, collaborate with Partner Managers, SEs, and CSMs, and influence roadmap with product and engineering teams. Travel up to 25% is expected and a remote-first culture is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
• 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
• Experience with partner ecosystems (SIs, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical enablement programs for partners.
• Partner with the alliances and channel teams to drive joint strategies.
• Develop and maintain partner-facing technical content.
• Support post-sales engagements and co-delivery.
• Act as liaison between partners and Product/Engineering to influence roadmap.
• Identify gaps and design enablement programs.
• Maintain partner-level architecture documentation.
• Be a team player and share knowledge across communities.
