Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Analyst to optimize and scale our global partner ecosystem. You will oversee data hygiene in Salesforce, manage deal registration and partner-sourced discounts, and coordinate enablement resources to accelerate joint revenue growth.

You will serve as the operational bridge between partners, regional managers, and internal sales teams, delivering analyses and dashboards, driving efficiency, and improving governance across partner programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Comfortable handling large data sets; technology partner/consulting experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail; proactive and self-motivated.
• Excellent strategic and tactical business skills with data-driven decision making.
• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative; bias towards action.
• Able to communicate with diverse work groups and senior leaders.
• Proven ability to buildrelationships and collaborate in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure the impact of operations and initiatives using data and present findings clearly.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects end-to-end.
• Support analyses and presentations for Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Communicate conclusions and recommendations to senior leadership and sales operations management.
• Act as center of excellence for insight and analysis within the GTM organization.
• Design models to solve business problems and integrate insights into reports.
• Assist in ad-hoc reporting and business reviews.
• Maintain SOPs and coordinate changes across systems (Salesforce).
• Assist leadership with territory changes, budgets, and compensation planning.
