Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Senior Partner Operations Analyst to optimize and scale our global partner ecosystem. You’ll drive data hygiene in Salesforce, oversee partner-sourced discounts, and coordinate enablement resources to accelerate joint revenue growth.

You will collaborate with regional partner managers, internal sales teams, and leadership to deliver proactive data insights, dashboards, and process improvements that support SailPoint’s RevOps agenda.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to double-check work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
Proactive, self-starting approach in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including leadership.

Responsibilities

Measure impact of operations and initiatives using data, presenting findings clearly.
Manage multiple tasks and projects end-to-end with priorities.
Develop analyses and presentations for senior teams and cross-functional groups.
Communicate conclusions tailored to audience needs and requirements.
Serve as a center of excellence for insights to support strategic initiatives.
Create models to solve business problems and embed insights into reports.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting and management presentations.
Maintain standard operating procedures and data workflows across systems like Salesforce.
