Safeguard Global is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to turn partnerships into pipeline across NA and EMEA. You will shape the partner marketing strategy, run campaigns, and drive demand through a broad ecosystem of referral, integration, private equity and HR partners.

You will collaborate with regional directors and Marketing teams to plan programs, events and co-sell motions, while managing budgets and KPIs to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience, with partner or channel focus.
• Experience running co-sell and joint go-to-market campaigns.
• Experience with partner-led demand generation and multi-region programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and run partner marketing strategies aligned to regional goals.
• Plan quarterly and annual partner marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Lead joint campaigns, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives with partners.
• Manage partner programs and enablement materials (value propositions, content).
