Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager - NAMER to own end-to-end partner marketing strategy for a core set of strategic partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You will lead cross-functional programs across partnerships, sales, and marketing to scale co-marketing and activation.

You will manage launches, onboarding, and ongoing campaigns, with a focus on measurable outcomes, multi-channel integration, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep experience in partner / ecosystem / channel / field marketing.
• Proven track record owning partner GTM programs that drive pipeline outcomes.
• Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder partner launches and post-launch growth programs.
• Strong experience building integrated programs across channels (events/field, email/lifecycle, content, paid, social, web).
• Confidence managing partner marketing budgets, MDF/co-funding, and ROI reporting.
• Strong operational rigor: planning, prioritization, and program governance across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Own partner marketing strategy & execution with annual/quarterly joint GTM plans.
• Translate partner objectives into an execution roadmap across Remote marketing motions.
• Drive weekly execution cadence and partner communications; remove blockers and maintain momentum.
• Create targeted engagement programs for internal partner teams to make Remote the default and preferred global HR solution.
• Increase Remote brand recognition and preference inside partner organizations through repeatable activation motions.
