Job summary

Safeguard Global is hiring a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to turn our partnerships strategy into pipeline on a global scale. You will lead the partner marketing program across North America and EMEA, partnering with referral, integration, and HR-related firms to generate qualified demand.

You will craft joint marketing motions, manage campaigns and events, and work as a bridge between Partners and Marketing to maximize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of B2B marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in partner or channel marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute partner programs.
• Strong collaboration with regional Partnerships Directors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run partner marketing strategies aligned to regional priorities.
• Plan quarterly and annual partner marketing plans to drive referrals and pipeline.
• Shape approaches for referral, integration, private equity, recruitment, and global mobility partners.
• Manage partner marketing budget with regional Directors.
• Design joint campaigns: webinars, digital campaigns, ABM, and partner-led communications.
• Track KPIs and optimize campaigns with Marketing and Partnerships leadership.
