Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager - NAMER to own end-to-end partner marketing strategy and execution for strategic partners in North America. You will drive measurable partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, coordinating across Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams.

With 8+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, you will lead joint campaigns, co-sell enablement, and post-launch momentum, while managing budgets and ROI reporting across multiple partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with partner/ecosystem focus.
• Proven track record owning partner GTM programs driving pipeline outcomes.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder partner launches and growth programs.
• Skilled at building integrated programs across events, email, content, paid and social.
• Strong budget management, MDF/co-funding, and ROI reporting.
• Operates with planning rigor and governance across partners.

Responsibilities

• Own partner marketing strategy and execution with annual/quarterly joint GTM plans.
• Drive internal partner team engagement, enablement, and field activations.
• Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive partner-sourced and -influenced pipeline.
• Own post-launch momentum and channel embedding across partner channels.
• Create and maintain partner enablement toolkits and GTM calendars.
• Manage program governance, budgets, and ROI reporting across partners.
