Job summary

Minitab seeks a Senior Partner Account Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across Brazil and South America, focusing on manufacturing. Recruit, enable, and manage resellers, distributors, and consulting partners to drive recurring revenue and value delivery for customers using Minitab analytics and optimization solutions.

The role collaborates with global go-to-market plans and requires up to 50% international travel, with a strong emphasis on building strategic partner networks

Qualifications

• 10+ years indirect channel business development in enterprise software.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience working with manufacturing customers or partners.
• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a high-performing partner ecosystem across Brazil and South America.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding partner-led opportunities in manufacturing industries.
• Recruit and onboard strategic partners with manufacturing expertise and access.
• Lead partner enablement to position Minitab for quality and process improvement use cases.
• Collaborate with internal sales and services teams to support complex sales cycles.
• Develop and execute annual partner business development plans.
