Job summary

Gigs, a rapidly growing tech company, is seeking a Partner Engineer to own the full customer lifecycle from initial technical discussions to go-live and beyond. You will work across fintechs, HR platforms, and consumer tech partners to ensure a seamless integration and conversion.

You will drive technical feasibility, define feature sets and architectures, and coordinate with customer tech teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, partner engineering, or professional services at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company.
• Experience spanning pre- and post-sales is a strong signal.
• You understand B2B2C and how customer success depends on users adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal from the technical side with the BDM on active pipeline.
• Lead implementations end-to-end from kickoff to go-live.
• Make the B2B2C motion work focusing on consumer experience and adoption.
• Be the forward-deployed product lead and help shape product direction.
• Manage a portfolio of high-stakes projects across geographies and verticals.
• Build the playbook with processes and templates for future teams.
