Job summary

Sage seeks a Senior Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver scalable enablement programs that accelerate partner success and drive Sage revenue. You will collaborate with Partner Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, and Learning Services to build capabilities and adoption of best practices across regions.

The role is hybrid, with onsite three days per week at Sage offices in the United States, including Georgia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Enablement or Sales Enablement within SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enablement programs with measurable impact.
• Strong program and project management skills for multiple initiatives.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that accelerate partner success.
• Deliver coaching engagements and targeted enablement initiatives to improve productivity and business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create role-based enablement content and learning experiences.
• Lead multiple initiatives with alignment to business priorities and partner needs.
• Measure impact of programs against KPIs and business outcomes.
• Leverage digital and instructor-led formats to maximize engagement and adoption.
