Job summary

Sage Intacct Advisory Practice seeks a Senior Partner Programs Manager to build repeatable, scalable partner programs for CPA firms, BPOs, and Client Advisory Services. You’ll drive onboarding, communications, and governance to align partner engagement with pipeline and revenue objectives.

The role emphasizes program operations, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, content, and operations teams. Hybrid work with Austin/Atlanta options is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partner programs, channel marketing, or indirect channel programs.
• Experience supporting software partners, CPA firms, advisory firms, or similar partner ecosystems.
• Strong program management skills including budgets, vendors, timelines, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Sage Intacct Advisory Practice partner programs for CPA firms, BPOs, and advisory services.
• Oversee onboarding, communications, and program engagement to ensure a consistent partner experience.
• Create scalable program materials, toolkits, campaigns, and enablement resources for partner teams.
• Track performance, engagement, and MDF activity; report risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
