Job summary

eero is seeking a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead to own the enablement strategy for its ISP and MSP partner ecosystem. You will create scalable playbooks, design onboarding experiences, and drive partner activation, time-to-first-deployment, and satisfaction metrics.

You will collaborate across marketing, product, engineering, and customer experience to keep content aligned with product capabilities and GTM strategies. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering across organizational levels.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and clear communication.
• 5+ years in Technical Enablement, Partner Enablement, Learning & Development, or related field with program ownership.
• Experience building enablement programs for B2B partners, ISPs, MSPs, or channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and maintain technical enablement playbooks for ISP and MSP partners.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs that drive activation and time-to-first-deployment.
• Build hypercare programs to reduce churn and boost partner self-sufficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to drive scalable program strategy and content personalization.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, and CX to reflect product capabilities.
• Develop metrics and reporting frameworks to track program effectiveness and outcomes.
• Identify gaps via data and partner feedback, iterating to improve programs.
• Create multi-modal enablement content for virtual, in-person, and self-directed learning.
• Contribute to scalable roadmaps across regions and partner segments.
• Advocate for product/process/tooling improvements to enhance partner experience.
• Model content with accessibility as a primary tenet and inclusive methods.
