Job summary

eero is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Network Support Engineer to join our global NSE team. You will act as an SME for enterprise networking, fleet monitoring, and multi-site deployments, mentoring CX Agents and guiding complex issue resolution across corporate offices, hospitality venues, and retail locations.

You will travel domestically and internationally (<35%), support on-call incidents, and collaborate with enterprise sales, partner engineering, and product teams to drive the Voice of the Customer in technical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent.
• Experience with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions.
• Experience diagnosing problems using multiple data sources.
• Experience with automation and scripting (Batch, VB, PowerShell, Java, C#, Chef, Perl, Ruby and/or PHP).
• Experience communicating with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years focused on enterprise networking.
• Advanced networking knowledge for enterprise deployments (VLANs, routing, switching, 802.1X, RADIUS, captive portals, multi-site WAN).
• Strong business acumen and enterprise customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an SME for enterprise networking and deployments.
• Mentor CX Agents and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex enterprise networking issues across multi-site environments.
• Lead enterprise support strategy and model technical troubleshooting for agents.
• Visit customer sites to diagnose and repair complex networks in various environments.
• Participate in on-call rotations for enterprise-level incidents.
