Responsibilities

• Oversee project governance and escalation management across partner-delivered work.
• Lead weekly project check-ins and go-live readiness reviews.
• Collaborate on budget, scope, and resource planning with partner and UKG teams.
• Drive partner enablement strategies and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Maintain accurate partner data, metrics, and forecasting quality.
