Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a Professional Services or Consulting experience.
• UKG Product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or similar industry product domain knowledge.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required.
• Travel of up to 25% may be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster trusted relationships with partners and those that interact with partners outside of the global partner organization.
• Facilitate internal and external status meetings to discuss metrics, performance and opportunities.
• Gather and summarize detailed information from all involved parties to make accurate business decisions.
• Maintain accurate data within the partner portfolio including forecast accuracy, push percentage, CSAT and Time to Live.
• Identify enablement opportunities for ongoing partner quality and growth.
• Manage escalations to identify problems, remediation plans and paths to solution.
