Qualifications

• UKG Product knowledge (HCM/WFM) or similar industry product domain knowledge
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required
• Travel up to 25% may be required for this role

Responsibilities

• Represent UKG on partner delivered projects and escalations.
• Coordinate weekly project check-ins to keep projects on track.
• Ensure go-live readiness and quality deliveries.
• Manage budgets and change requests in the PSA system.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and health checks with partners.
