Ace Parking in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of parking attendants and drive top standards across operations. You will guide staffing, training, and performance, while prioritizing safety and exceptional customer service to support the company’s community-focused culture.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in parking/transportation management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of parking or transportation management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).
• Financial acumen is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of parking attendants and ensure standards are met.
• Plan personnel utilization, interview, selection, training, supervision, and policy compliance.
• Develop and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and customer service.
• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and submit reports of collections.
• Maintain parking lot equipment and facilities, including maintenance and damage control.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Provide regular performance feedback and conduct evaluations.
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety for employees and guests, including vehicle safety and traffic control.
• Oversee maintenance of the facility, gates, systems, booths, and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the parking area.
