Qualifications

• Parking management experience required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire valet operation at mixed-use facilities in Atlanta.
• Lead a team of valets with a focus on service excellence and inclusivity.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
• Review and approve timesheets to align with payroll deadlines.
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Coach and counsel team members to ensure performance standards.
• Train staff on customer service, safety, and inclusion best practices.
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with guests, partners, and colleagues.
• Perform other duties to support smooth operations.
