Job summary

Legacy Parking is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager in Atlanta to oversee daily operations, liaise with management, security, tenants and visitors, and resolve issues with a focus on safety and service quality.

You will monitor financial and operational reporting, manage invoices and cash, and lead a team to achieve annual goals while ensuring wage compliance and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least one year of parking management experience.
• Experience supervising staff or large valet operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability Monday through Friday 7am-4pm+.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and liaison between management, security, tenants and visitors.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly/annual).
• Process invoices, cash receipts, and manage monthly contract partners and GL postings.
• Ensure parking, security and cash control procedures; participate in audits.
• Lead and develop team; oversee payroll/timekeeping and wage compliance.
• Maximize revenue and maintain high service standards for clients.
