Job summary

Propark Mobility, a leader in parking management, seeks an Account Manager for its West Hollywood operation. The role oversees parking operations, shuttle fleets, self-parking, valet services, and location teams, with emphasis on hospitality-focused service and industry experience.

The ideal candidate brings progressive management experience, scheduling and payroll familiarity, and strong communication. Role offers in-office work, full-time schedule, and competitive compensation with growth

Qualifications

• Experience in management with front-line team oversight.
• Scheduling and payroll experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in business is helpful but not required.
• Parking, Customer Service or Hospitality industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level staff.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure coverage and control costs.
• Maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors with customer complaints and daily ops.
• Manage and submit payroll, operations, and employee reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet goals.
• Review audits to ensure revenue control integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Respond to operational issues, sometimes after hours.
• Uphold professional and ethical standards for the organization and client.
