Propark Mobility is seeking an Account Manager in Boston to lead shuttle fleet, self-parking, and valet operations with a hospitality focus. The role oversees location teams and requires progressive management experience and strong communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in parking or hospitality, with proficiency in scheduling and payroll, and may hold a business degree. This full-time, in-person position offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Formación

• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight.
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
• Respond to operational issues when needed (after hours).
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client.
