Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an Account Manager for Parking Operations in Houston, TX. The role is on-site, full-time, and offers a salary of $55,000 annually plus incentive potential up to 15% of the base salary.

Ideal candidates will have prior parking industry experience with hospitality exposure, strong leadership, scheduling, and payroll familiarity, and excellent communication skills. The position includes extensive people management and coordination with clients and location teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in parking operations or hospitality-focused management is preferred.
• Strong scheduling and payroll familiarity is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors with customer complaints and day-to-day issues.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet goals.
• Review audits to ensure revenue integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Respond to operational issues as needed, including after hours.
• Maintain high professional and ethical standards for the organization and client.
