Qualifikationen

• Position requires management experience overseeing a location team.

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while controlling costs.
• Maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors with customer issues and day-to-day operations.
• Manage reports on employees, operations and payroll.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
