Job summary

Propark Mobility in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Account Manager - Parking Operations. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and requires experience in parking operations and hospitality-focused service.

You will supervise frontline staff, handle customer issues, coordinate scheduling and payroll, support shuttle maintenance, and contribute to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business helpful but not required.
• Experience supervising front-line teams.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all frontline associates, including supervisors, cashiers, valets, attendants and maintenance personnel daily.
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Act as liaison between customers, staff, and management.
• Assist in training cashiers, valets, and shuttle drivers to ensure meeting of job expectations.
• Provide continuous customer service training for all Propark employees at assigned location.
• Assist in shuttle fleet upkeep, preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare reports, surveys and conduct special projects as needed.
