Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an Account Manager of Parking Operations in Hartford, CT. The role oversees shuttle fleets, self-parking, and valet services, with a focus on efficient location operations and team leadership.

The ideal candidate will have parking industry experience with a hospitality orientation, strong scheduling and payroll capabilities, and a bachelor’s degree in business is helpful but not required. Competitive salary and incentive bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in parking operations or related hospitality operations.
• Progressive management experience with frontline staff.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
• Respond to operational issues when needed (after hours).
• Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and client.
