Job summary

Propark Mobility is seeking an Account Manager - Parking Operations in West Hollywood, CA. The role oversees shuttle fleet, self-parking and valet services, with a location team and a hospitality focus. Strong management, scheduling and payroll skills are essential.

The position is in-office with full-time hours and a base salary of $80,000 annually, plus incentive bonus up to 15% of salary. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are required to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business is helpful but not required.
• Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees.
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses.
• Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings.
• Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues.
• Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client.
• Respond to operational issues when needed (after normal business hours).
• Maintain professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client.
