CorpGlobal Consulting seeks a Senior Pardot Consultant (Salesforce) for a long-term remote project. You will optimize Pardot and Salesforce integrations, modernise automation, and drive CRM-aligned marketing strategies across B2B environments.

The role focuses on auditing licensing, enhancing personalization, and delivering scalable automation architectures with engagement analytics. Remote collaboration and US business-hour availability are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge and marketing automation experience.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement and Engagement Studio.
• Proficiency with Handlebars Merge Language (HML) and email personalization techniques.
• Experience designing Salesforce API integrations and OAuth authentication.
• Knowledge of data mapping, CRM alignment, and connector troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with middleware/iPaaS integration patterns.
• Experience with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Custom Objects.

Responsabilités

• Audit Pardot licensing, entitlements, and platform capabilities.
• Diagnose and improve email personalization using Dynamic Content and HML.
• Design and implement Salesforce API integrations.
• Improve data quality, field mapping, and CRM alignment.
• Modernise legacy email templates and automation processes.
• Investigate email security scanners and bot activity affecting engagement reports.
• Review Salesforce object architecture and marketing automation practices.
• Deliver technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and strategic roadmaps.
• Act as trusted advisor for stakeholders and Salesforce support escalations.
