Job summary

Perficient is seeking a Salesforce Senior Business Consultant to join our remote United States team. You will apply expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, perform hands-on configuration, and lead client-focused workshops and trainings.

You will mentor junior consultants, align with project managers on scope and risks, and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and documentation. Strong communication and governance of SDLC deliverables are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience administering or consulting on the Salesforce platform with hands-on configuration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification required at minimum
• Ability to complete declarative build work items and install AppExchange packages with minimal guidance
• Experience leading client workshops, requirements sessions, demos, testing, and training
• Ability to interpret SOW, identify risks, and coordinate with PMs for next steps
• Data migration/transformation experience to support deployment and release processes
• Ability to document deliverables and drive documentation with minimal guidance
• Mentor junior consultants and provide QA on early deliverables
• Proactive in identifying enhancements and maintaining stakeholder alignment
• Active use of AI tools to speed up delivery, testing, and requirements synthesis

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with declarative tools.
• Deliver demos, test plans, and training to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
