Job summary

TEKsystems in New York, NY is seeking a hands-on Salesforce professional to support and enhance a complex Salesforce environment. The role combines strong administration with development knowledge including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, plus Pardot administration across Engagement Studio, lead scoring, dynamic lists, and forms.

The position involves ownership of day-to-day platform health, Pardot/MCAE management, production support, and participation in ongoing Salesforce transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Strong Salesforce administration (security, permissions, flows, reporting, data management).
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Pardot administration including Engagement Studio, Automation Rules, Lead Scoring & Grading, Dynamic Lists & Segmentation, Forms and Lead Capture.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and API-based systems.
• Experience with Salesforce migrations, rebuilds, or major platform enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day health and stability of the Salesforce platform.
• Manage Pardot/MCAE and marketing automation processes.
• Support users, troubleshoot production issues, and drive root-cause resolution.
• Participate in an ongoing Salesforce transformation and migration effort.
• Support integrations, releases, testing, and platform governance.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, Communications, and business stakeholders globally.
