Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Salesforce Pardot Consultant to design, implement, and optimize B2B marketing automation using Pardot and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. This client-facing role combines hands-on technical work with advisory support to align marketing programs with CRM data.

You will build campaigns, nurture programs, lead scoring, and data synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce CRM, while delivering measurable results for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Experience building and managing Pardot marketing automation campaigns.
• Experience with Engagement Studio, automation rules, completion actions, segmentation, and dynamic lists.
• Strong understanding of lead scoring, grading, qualification, and marketing-to-sales handover.
• Good HTML and CSS skills for email and landing page customization.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, test, and optimize marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Design and manage automated lead nurturing journeys and engagement programs.
• Configure segmentation lists, automation rules, completion actions, dynamic lists, and other Pardot automation functionality.
• Build and optimize lead scoring, grading, and qualification models.
• Develop forms, landing pages, email templates, and lead capture workflows.
• Create personalized and segmented B2B marketing campaigns based on prospect behavior, attributes, and lifecycle stage.
• Support campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting within Pardot and Salesforce.
• Maintain strong data quality and ensure accurate synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
