Job summary

Zoho is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Account Engagement Developer to design data-driven campaigns and cross-channel journeys. You will work with AMPScript, SQL, and Journey Builder to automate marketing operations and integrate with our core CRM.

Responsibilities include building journeys, managing data extensions, and maintaining synchronization between CRM and Marketing Cloud with APIs and connectors. A senior candidate will also handle Pardot flows and deliverability best practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of overall experience in the role.
• 3+ years hands-on development in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Build complex, automated cross-channel journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Behavioral Triggers.
• Manage and segment data extensions with SQL to ensure precise audience targeting and data hygiene.
• Configure and maintain synchronization between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud/Pardot via Marketing Cloud Connect and custom APIs.
• Implement subscriber management frameworks, including tracking configurations and deliverability best practices.
• Build automation flows in Account Engagement (Pardot) with scoring, grading, engagement programs, and actions.
• Troubleshoot script errors, execution failures, data sync latencies, and API integration bottlenecks.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Marketing Cloud languages (AMPScript, SQL, HTML/CSS).
• Understand relational database structures, data extensions, contact models, and cross-cloud integration patterns.
• Maintain mandatory certification: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant.
