Qualifications

• Four-year college degree.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent training or experience.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience related to business, finance, or accounting, or project/document management experience.
• At least one year of experience in automated litigation support.

Responsibilities

• Indexes, tracks and controls document discovery.
• Compiles, prepares, and summarizes materials for attorneys in discovery and motions.
• Summarizes depositions and transcripts; maintains case files and performs simple legal research.
• Indexes and tracks exhibits at depositions and trial.
• Prepares exhibit cross-references.
• Assists attorneys in courtroom.
• Reviews documents for relevance and privilege according to guidelines.
• Handles FOIA, production requests, Congressional inquiries, etc.
