Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the USAO mission in a fast-paced litigation environment. You will handle complex case materials, manage discovery exhibits, and assist attorneys with e-discovery and document review systems.

The role requires paralegal certification or JD, plus 2+ years of relevant experience and strong research skills using Lexis and Westlaw. This is a full-time on-site position with travel up to 10% in the United States, with tuition

Qualifications

• MUST have a paralegal certificate or JD or be enrolled in ABA-accredited law school.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
• Experience in automated litigation support is required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures and research tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal assistance and technical work supporting USAO activities.
• Annotate deficiencies in case materials and coordinate investigations.
• Serve as contact for assigned cases and manage case status.
• Compile and index discovery and exhibits for trial with attorneys.
• Assist attorneys with e-discovery platforms and document review systems.
• Prepare legal documents and exhibits for court proceedings.
• Maintain calendars and coordinate court reporters, witnesses, and conferences.
• Open, maintain, and close case files and notify client agencies.
