CACI seeks a Senior Paralegal to support the Department of Justice in high-profile litigation. The role focuses on discovery support, case management, and data analysis using Relativity and related tools. Occasional travel and office-based work are required.

Candidates should have a four-year degree, a paralegal certificate, and at least two years of litigation paralegal experience, with strong written and oral communication skills. DOJ MBI eligibility and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of litigation paralegal experience.
• At least one year of automated litigation support experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.

Responsabilités

• Indexes, tracks and controls document discovery.
• Compiles, prepares and summarizes materials for attorneys in discovery and motions.
• Summarizes depositions and maintains case files; performs simple legal research.
• Indexes and tracks exhibits at depositions and trial.
• Prepares exhibit cross-references.
• Assists attorneys in courtroom.
• Reviews documents for relevance and privilege as per guidelines.
