Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support Department of Justice missions in a litigation-heavy role. You will assist with trial preparation, conduct legal research, and prepare memoranda under supervision, with opportunities to grow in eDiscovery and related certifications.

Applicants should have a paralegal certificate or JD (or current ABA-accredited law school study) and at least one year of litigation/paralegal experience.

Qualifications

• Requires paralegal certificate or JD or current ABA-accredited law school attendance with at least one year of study, or equivalent training/experience.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal or project experience related to the task order.
• Experience with automated litigation support preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; knowledge of legal citations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts moderately complex legal research and prepares memoranda and correspondence.
• Summarizes transcripts and case materials for attorney use; identifies conflicts and follow-up needs.
• Uses electronic databases to perform factual research and data searches; prepares tables of contents and authorities.
• Coordinates litigation support services and prepares trial exhibits; maintains accuracy under pressure.
