Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD, or ABA-accredited law school student with >1 year of study.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal or related experience.
• Minimum one year of automated litigation support experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state courts and legal research tools (Lexis/Westlaw).
• Hands-on familiarity with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging, and hardware systems.
• Experience with ESI tools and Relativity/EverLaw is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation support databases and case management systems.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Lead discovery and witness preparation support efforts.
• Coordinate discovery including document review and production.
• Support trial preparation and assist attorneys throughout litigation.
