Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a paralegal to support a national counsel team in automobile insurance defense, focusing on minimum financial responsibility claims. Qualifications

• Paralegal certification or law-related degree required.
• Minimum five years of automobile insurance defense experience.
• Experience with MFR claims management and litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of MFR claim management and litigation, including fact investigation, medical record review, docketing and drafting litigation documents.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials and attend as needed.
• Prepare draft pleadings and discovery.
• Coordinate filing of pleadings/documents and arrange for service.
• Collect and summarize medical records and manage calendars.
• Work with attorneys in multiple offices.
• Learn and implement Firm-approved AI tools.
• Meet billable hour requirement of 1500 hours per year.
