You will leverage technology and AI, assist with fact investigations, docketing, and drafting litigation documents.

The role requires five years of relevant auto insurance defense experience, a Paralegal Certificate or a law-related degree, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• Paralegal credential or degree in a law-related field is required.
• Five years of automobile insurance defense experience is required.
• Ability to learn Firm-approved tools and AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with investigation, medical records review, docketing and deadline management, and drafting litigation documents.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials and attend as needed.
• Draft pleadings and discovery; coordinate filing and service.
